How long does shipping take?
We package and ship orders as soon as possible. Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. We ship during the business week only, not on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
How much is shipping?
$7 flat rate shipping, free on orders $79+
When should I order for Christmas delivery?
Order by Friday, December 11 for Christmas delivery (recommended).
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking. If you have an account, you can also log in and view tracking in your order history.
Can I change my order after placing it?
We start working on orders right away, so we are unable to make changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.
What sizes do your wreath signs come in?
Metal signs come in 8", 10" and 11.75" rounds, 10x10" squares, and 8x10" and 6x12" rectangles. Wood designs include 10" wood signs and 18" wood rounds, and door hangers come in sizes including 18", 22" and 16x18". Bow backers are 13". Each product page lists the exact size.
What are your signs made of?
Metal signs are 1/16" aluminum. Wood signs are 1/4" MDF.
Can I use the signs outdoors?
Weather-Resistant: suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
Do the metal signs have holes?
No. Metal signs come with no pre-drilled holes, so you can choose where and how to attach them to your wreath.
How do I attach a sign to a wreath?
Because metal signs have no pre-drilled holes, you choose the attachment points. Our product listings mention using a metal jewelry punch to make holes or using mounting squares, then securing the sign to the wreath frame with wire, pipe cleaners or zip ties. Are your signs made to order?
Yes. Every Wreath Sign Outlet sign is made to order, just for you. Print shop made-to-order items, including all Wreath Sign Outlet signs and custom signs, are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective, or do not match the design you approved. In that case, contact customer service with photos and we will make it right. Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 60 days of purchase. We do not do exchanges, and the customer pays return shipping. Print shop made-to-order items, including all Wreath Sign Outlet signs and custom signs, are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective, or do not match the approved design. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact customer service with photos before sending anything back. Refunds are issued within one week of receiving the return.
